A business book I recommend to other people is “What Got Your Here Won’t Get You There” by Marshall Goldsmith. He focuses on behaviors that hold you back from growing into the next level you want to be. I recognized myself is some of the “bad” behaviors and also started to recognize them in others. I am not talking about screaming at people. It’s easy to say “That’s a bad behavior”. What this book covers are the subtle ones – ones that you don’t realize are happening.
